Who it is for

  • Standalone restaurants and cafés
  • Restaurants inside a hotel, serving guests and walk-ins
  • Kitchens with several stations — main kitchen, tandoor, bar
  • Places with dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders on one counter

Where a restaurant loses money

  • KOTs that go missing

A handwritten ticket never reaches the tandoor, and the table waits for a dish nobody is making.

  • Bills that do not match the kitchen

What was made, what was billed and what was paid are three different numbers at closing.

  • Stock that disappears

Without recipes and wastage entries, nobody knows where the paneer went.

  • Room charges added by hand

In a hotel restaurant, a guest's dinner is written on a slip and carried to the front desk.

Standalone, or inside a hotel

The same POS and kitchen either way. What changes is whether the restaurant is joined to rooms.

  • A standalone restaurant

A restaurant or café on its own: the floor, the kitchen, the bill, the stock and its own books.

    • Restaurant POS
    • Table QR ordering
    • Restaurant customers
    • Restaurant in the books

    Plan: Restaurant

  • A restaurant inside a hotel

The same POS and kitchen, joined to the rooms: a guest's dinner goes on the room's bill, and room service runs through the kitchen.

    • Restaurant POS
    • Split bills and payments
    • Food ordering from the room
    • Guest folio and billing

    Plan: Room + Restaurant

What the floor and the kitchen get

  • Restaurant POS

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and room-service orders on one POS: send KOT, hold, bill, discount, merge and transfer.

  • Tables and floors

Floors and tables on a board with live status: available, occupied, reserved, waiting, cleaning or blocked.

  • Kitchen order tickets (KOT)

KOTs split by kitchen station when an order is sent, printed in the browser or on a network thermal printer.

  • Kitchen display

A kitchen screen that shows each station its tickets and moves them along as dishes are made.

  • Table QR ordering

A QR code on each table: the menu, ordering, calling the waiter, asking for water or the bill.

  • Waiter app

A phone app for waiters on paired devices, with a PIN each: take orders, send them to the kitchen and see the floor.

  • Split bills and payments

Split a bill equally or by item, take split payments, or charge it to a guest's room.

  • Inventory

Stock items, vendors and purchases; recipes that use up stock as dishes are sold; wastage, transfers, low-stock and expiry alerts.

  • Restaurant offline

Without internet the POS keeps taking orders, sending KOTs, showing the kitchen display and taking payments, and syncs when the connection returns.

An order, from table to books

  1. Step 1: Order

At the table on the POS, on a waiter's phone, or by the guest from the table QR.

  2. Step 2: Kitchen

The KOT splits by station when it is sent — printed, or on the kitchen display.

  3. Step 3: Bill

Split it equally or by item, record cash, UPI or card, or charge it to a guest's room in a hotel.

  4. Step 4: Stock and books

Recipes use up stock as dishes sell; on the plans with Accounts the bill and payment post to the books.
