AATITHIYA is one connected platform for India's hospitality businesses: hotels, restaurants, resorts, guest houses, homestays and event venues.
What AATITHIYA is
A hospitality management platform. It runs a property's rooms and front desk, its restaurant, the guest's QR page, events, facilities and accounts on one system, in the browser of a desktop, a tablet or a phone.
Each part works on its own, and the parts share the guest, the bill and the reports — so nothing is typed twice.
Why it exists
Many properties run on a register, a spreadsheet, a separate billing program and a phone full of messages. The guest's room, food and requests end up on different papers, and the owner learns the day's numbers by asking for them.
AATITHIYA exists so a property can run on one connected system instead: the guest recorded once, every charge on one bill, every request with the right team, and the numbers there without asking.
How it works
One platform with connected modules. A guest checked in at the desk is the same guest who orders from the room QR, and every charge lands on one bill.
A guest QR in every room
A QR code in every room that opens the hotel's guest page, welcoming the guest by name during their stay.
A QR on every table
A QR code on each table: the menu, ordering, calling the waiter, asking for water or the bill.
A front desk that works offline
Without internet the front desk keeps working — room board, walk-in check-in, stays, bills and payments, checkout, food orders and expenses — and syncs when the connection returns.
A POS that works offline
Without internet the POS keeps taking orders, sending KOTs, showing the kitchen display and taking payments, and syncs when the connection returns.
Each property's data kept apart
Every record belongs to one property, and every request is limited to the property of the person signed in.
Protected guest ID numbers
Guests' ID numbers encrypted at rest and shown masked; the full number only to permitted staff, and every reveal recorded.
Roles and permissions
Custom roles with exactly the permissions each job needs; nobody can grant more than they hold.
Audit log
An append-only record of who changed what, field by field.
Installable app and push notifications
Install AATITHIYA on phones, tablets and desktops from the browser, with push notifications for new orders and requests.
