Pricing questions
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 14-day trial of the complete platform needs only an email address and a mobile number.
Is there a discount for paying for longer?
Yes, on your first purchase: 10% off 3 months, 20% off 6 months, 40% off 12 months. Renewals after that are at the regular monthly price for the months you choose.
Are prices inclusive of GST?
No. Prices are before GST; 18% GST is added at checkout — CGST and SGST in our state, IGST elsewhere — and shown on your invoice.
Is the price per property or per user?
Per property. There is no charge per staff account on these plans.
How do I pay?
Choose a plan and period in the app, pay the total shown by UPI or bank transfer quoting your request number, and your plan starts as soon as we confirm the payment. Your invoice is in the app.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes, from Subscription in the app. An upgrade unlocks its modules as soon as it is paid, and you pay only the difference for the days left in your term; a downgrade starts at your next renewal and never deletes anything you recorded.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is deleted. AATITHIYA becomes read-only until you renew, and everything picks up where it left off.
