Restaurant POS

Every order, from table to kitchen to bill

Take the order at the table, on a waiter's phone or from the table's QR; the KOT reaches the right station, the kitchen screen moves it along, and the bill closes with the stock and the accounts updated.

POS and tables

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and room service on one screen, with the floor in front of you.

  • Restaurant POS

Dine-in, takeaway, delivery and room-service orders on one POS: send KOT, hold, bill, discount, merge and transfer.

  • Tables and floors

Floors and tables on a board with live status: available, occupied, reserved, waiting, cleaning or blocked.

  • Table reservations

Table reservations from booked to seated, with no double booking of a table.

  • Waiter app

A phone app for waiters on paired devices, with a PIN each: take orders, send them to the kitchen and see the floor.

KOT and the kitchen

Each station gets its own tickets, on paper or on screen.

  • Kitchen order tickets (KOT)

KOTs split by kitchen station when an order is sent, printed in the browser or on a network thermal printer.

  • Kitchen display

A kitchen screen that shows each station its tickets and moves them along as dishes are made.

  • Kitchen stations

Stations such as the main kitchen, tandoor and bar, each with its own dishes and printer.

QR ordering and room service

Guests order from the table's QR; in a hotel, from their room too.

  • Table QR ordering

A QR code on each table: the menu, ordering, calling the waiter, asking for water or the bill.

  • Orders from the room

Guests order food from the room QR; the order reaches the kitchen or reception and lands on the guest's bill.

  • In-room dining

A room menu, orders by phone or from the room QR that reception accepts and delivers, charged to the guest's bill with food GST.

Takeaway and payments

Takeaway runs through the same POS and kitchen; staff record every payment against the bill.

  • Takeaway orders

Takeaway orders alongside dine-in, on the same POS and kitchen.

  • Payments recorded at the desk

Record cash, UPI, card and bank-transfer payments, part payments and refunds against the bill.

  • Split bills and payments

Split a bill equally or by item, take split payments, or charge it to a guest's room.

  • Online payments

    Coming soon

Guests and hotels paying online by card or UPI through a payment gateway.

Inventory, reports and accounts

Recipes take the stock as dishes sell, and every bill reaches the reports and the accounts.

  • Inventory

Stock items, vendors and purchases; recipes that use up stock as dishes are sold; wastage, transfers, low-stock and expiry alerts.

  • Restaurant customers

Customers with their visits, spend and order history, found by phone number.

  • Restaurant reports

Sales, operations, kitchen, inventory, financial, QR, room-service and staff reports, exportable to CSV.

  • Restaurant in the books

Every restaurant bill, payment and stock movement posted to the accounts by itself.

Offline POS and more outlets

Service carries on when the internet drops, in every outlet you run.

  • Restaurant offline

Without internet the POS keeps taking orders, sending KOTs, showing the kitchen display and taking payments, and syncs when the connection returns.

  • More than one restaurant

More than one restaurant or outlet in a property, each with its own menu, tables and settings.

Standalone restaurant, or hotel + restaurant

A restaurant on its own takes the Restaurant plan. A hotel with a restaurant takes a hotel plan that includes it, so the restaurant and the rooms share the guest's bill.

A restaurant on its own

The POS, the kitchen, the menu, stock and table QR — with no rooms to set up.

A hotel with a restaurant

The same restaurant, connected to your rooms: room-service orders and restaurant bills go on the guest's bill and are settled at checkout.

How an order moves

  1. Step 1: Take the order

At the POS, on a waiter's phone or from the table's QR.

  2. Step 2: Send the KOT

Split by station and printed, or shown on the kitchen screen.

  3. Step 3: Cook and serve

The kitchen display moves each ticket along as dishes are made.

  4. Step 4: Bill and close

Split it, record the payment or charge it to the room; stock and accounts follow.

Questions

Does the POS work without internet?

Yes. It keeps taking orders, sending KOTs, showing the kitchen display and taking payments, and syncs when the connection returns. Offline bills print as provisional; cancellations, table moves, merges, splits, discounts and refunds need a connection.

Can guests pay online from the table QR?

Not yet. From the QR, guests order, call the waiter and ask for the bill; staff record the payment, or charge it to the guest's room in a hotel. Online payments are coming soon.

Do I need the hotel plan to use the POS?

No. A restaurant on its own takes the Restaurant plan, with no rooms. A hotel with a restaurant takes a hotel plan that includes the restaurant, so room service and restaurant bills reach the guest's bill.

Does it take delivery orders?

Delivery is an order type on the POS, with the customer's address. There is no rider tracking and no link to delivery apps.

How are KOTs printed?

KOTs print in the browser or on a network thermal printer, split by kitchen station.
