Smart Guest Experience

One scan, and your guest has the whole hotel

A QR code in the room, on the table and at reception opens your hotel's own guest page in the phone's browser. Guests order food, ask for towels or a repair, find the Wi-Fi and get in touch — and every request reaches the right team. No app required.

A QR for every place

Each code opens the page that fits where the guest is standing.

  • Room QR

A QR code in every room that opens the hotel's guest page, welcoming the guest by name during their stay.

  • Restaurant QR

A QR code on each table: the menu, ordering, calling the waiter, asking for water or the bill.

  • Common hotel QR

One QR for the lobby or reception that opens the hotel's guest page — information only: about, restaurants, facilities, Wi-Fi, nearby places, reviews and contact.

  • Facility QR

A QR code at the pool, gym or spa with its hours, rules and contact.

Hotel services and food

From the room QR, guests ask for what they need and order what they want to eat.

  • Hotel services

Towels, water, pillows, cleaning, a cab — free or charged to the bill — requested from the room QR.

  • Food ordering

Guests order food from the room QR; the order reaches the kitchen or reception and lands on the guest's bill.

Everything a guest asks the desk

The answers to the usual questions, on the guest page instead of the phone.

  • Wi-Fi

The Wi-Fi name and password on the guest page, with a copy button.

  • Facilities

The hotel's facilities, their hours and rules, on the guest page.

  • Explore nearby

Places you recommend nearby — temples, stations, sights — with distance and a map link.

  • Google review link

A button that takes guests to your Google review page.

  • Instagram

A link to the hotel's Instagram on the guest page.

  • Reception

Guests call or WhatsApp reception from the guest page.

Requests that reach the right team

A repair or a clean room, asked for once and followed to the end.

  • Maintenance

Guests report a problem in the room — AC, plumbing, lights — and it reaches maintenance.

  • Housekeeping

Guest requests for housekeeping go straight to the housekeeping team.

  • Action Center

Every guest request routed to the right department and tracked from new to accepted, assigned, in progress and completed.

Your page, your design

The guest page carries your name, your photos and the sections you choose.

  • Guest page editor

Design the guest page: five templates, your logo and photos, sections on or off and in your order, drafts and publishing.

From a scan to a finished request

Every request follows the same road, and nobody has to pick up the phone.

In the room, at the table or in the lobby.

  2. Step 2: Scans the QR

Towels, a repair, a dish from the menu.

  4. Step 4: The right team

Housekeeping, maintenance, reception or the kitchen gets it.

  5. Step 5: Action

Accepted, assigned and in progress — the guest sees it moving.

  6. Step 6: Completed

Closed with the time it was done.

Questions

Do guests need to install an app?

No. They scan the QR and your hotel's page opens in the phone's browser.

Can guests order food from the lobby QR?

No. The common hotel QR is information only — about the hotel, its restaurants, facilities, Wi-Fi, nearby places, reviews and contact. Food orders and requests come from the room QR, and table orders from the restaurant's table QR.

Who receives a guest's request?

The department it is for: housekeeping, maintenance or reception. It is tracked from new to accepted, assigned, in progress and completed.

Can guests pay online from the QR?

Not yet. Room orders and charged services go on the guest's bill, settled at checkout; at a table, guests ask for the bill. Online payments are coming soon.

Can I change what the guest page shows?

Yes. Choose one of five templates, add your logo and photos, switch sections on or off, put them in your order, and publish when the draft is ready.
