Who it is for

  • Guest houses and lodges run by the owner and a small team
  • Properties near stations, temples, hospitals and colleges
  • Places that keep a guest register for police enquiries
  • Guest houses that serve tea, breakfast or meals to the room

What a small property juggles

  • Bookings in a notebook

Phone and WhatsApp bookings are written down by whoever answered, and the same room is promised twice.

  • ID copies on paper

Photocopies of IDs pile up in a drawer, and the police register is copied out by hand.

  • The same questions all day

Guests call the desk for the Wi-Fi password, towels and a cab.

  • Checkout arguments

The late checkout charge is decided on the spot, and the bill is worked out on a calculator.

What a guest house gets

  • Room reservations

Advance reservations with an arrivals list at check-in, and the free rooms shown for the dates you choose.

  • Aadhaar QR reading

Reads the QR code on an Aadhaar card on the device and fills in the guest's details for staff to check against the card.

  • Guest ID documents

Photos of each guest's ID (Aadhaar, passport, visa, driving licence, voter ID) stored encrypted and shown only to staff who are allowed.

  • Guest register

A printable guest register for police enquiries: one row per person, ID numbers masked unless a permitted user gives a reason.

  • Guest services

Towels, water, pillows, cleaning, a cab — free or charged to the bill — requested from the room QR.

  • Late checkout fee

Late checkout fees by time slab — a share of the room rate or a fixed amount — suggested at checkout, changed or waived only with a reason.

  • GST invoices

Tax invoices as PDF with the hotel's GSTIN and the tax for each rate; correct, reissue or void them with a reason.

  • Front desk offline

Without internet the front desk keeps working — room board, walk-in check-in, stays, bills and payments, checkout, food orders and expenses — and syncs when the connection returns.

  • Online booking engine

    Coming soon

Guests booking rooms directly on your own website.

A guest's stay, start to finish

  1. Step 1: Reservation by phone

Pick the dates, see the rooms that are free, record the advance.

  2. Step 2: Check-in

Read the Aadhaar QR to fill in the details, check them against the card, and add photos of each guest's ID.

  3. Step 3: Requests from the room QR

Towels, water, cleaning or a cab — free or charged to the bill — reach the right person.

  4. Step 4: Checkout

A late checkout fee is suggested by the time, the bill is settled, and the invoice is issued.
