Questions
Does it need an AI key to work?
No. Every insight, answer, forecast and suggestion works without one, written by AATITHIYA from your own reports. A key only changes who words the sentence, never a number.
Can it answer any question?
It answers a set list of questions about your sales, occupancy, stock and money owed, from your own reports and only within your permissions. A question outside the list gets a plain "I cannot answer that yet", with the questions you can ask.
How are the forecasts made?
By statistics on your own history — the weekday pattern and the trend — for hotel revenue, restaurant sales and ingredient use over the next 7 days. They need at least four weeks of history. Occupancy is compared with the previous period, not forecast.
Will it change prices or place orders by itself?
No. Suggestions are for you to act on; they never act on their own.
Is my guests' data sent anywhere?
Without an API key, nothing leaves AATITHIYA. With one, only figures already worked out are sent to word the sentence — no guest names, phone numbers or ID documents.
